Upwork Bidder — Aidapt | Karachi, Pakistan | Full-Time | On-Site
We're Aidapt, an AI transformation partner turning MEA businesses from AI-Ambition to AI-Native. We deploy AIOS (AI Operating System) across people, process, and technology using tools like Snowflake, Sigma, ClickUp, and Wati.
We're growing our pipeline and need a killer sales person who can close on Upwork.
What you'll do
Own two revenue streams: software sales and platform sales. Identify and bid on projects aligned with our services: AI automation, data platforms, workflow transformation, and WhatsApp-first CX. Write sharp, personalized proposals, not copy-paste templates. Handle first-touch client communication and qualify leads. Coordinate with our internal Pod to scope and price opportunities. Track bids, responses, and conversions weekly.
What we need
3 or more years of Upwork bidding experience with a proven sales record. Strong written English — you can write like a human, not a chatbot. Understanding of AI, SaaS, automation, or data services. Someone who reads a job post and sees the opportunity behind it. Proactive, structured, and accountable to numbers.
What's different here
You're not selling websites. You're selling transformation. Our clients are ops leads, CFOs, and CDOs across UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Kenya. The pitch has to match that weight.
